The Year 8 students participated in their annual Religious Education and Medieval Day on Wednesday 9 March, aiming to support students in their investigation of the question being explored this term; ‘What tells me I belong?’ Through three rotational workshops, students explored topics including the East West Schism, an introduction to the Chaldean rite of the Catholic Church, and Iconography. In the coming weeks, year 8 students will be choosing a holy person and for their Term 1 assignment creating their own icon in RE class.
